RETURNS POLICY

We endeavour to do all that we can to ensure that you love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied you may return the item you have received within 14 days of receipt. 

UNWANTED ITEMS

  • We are not able to refund items that appear to have been used, worn, damaged, washed or are not in original condition. Garments must be completely free from signs of wear and odour, with original label attached.
  • If an item is unwanted, unworn and undamaged, full reimbursement will be offered in the form of a Credit Note upon return.
  • Credit notes can be sent via email, post or collected in-store and will be valid indefinitely.
  • Please note that at this time we are not able to offer cash refunds on unwanted goods. Sale items cannot be refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • In the rare event that an item is faulty or damaged, please email us at Karen.dinnie64@gmail.com
  • If the item is deemed to be faulty you will be able to choose from a replacement or refund, provided it is within the 14 days or receipt.

HOW TO RETURN

  • To return an item please contact us via email (Karen.dinnie64@gmail.com) for details on how to return.
  • If you do post your return, pleas ensure that you use a signed for and tracked service, and always retain your proof of postage.
  • Please note that returns are at the customer’s expense and QuirkyBird will be unable to reimburse this cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
